Vorankündigung, Informationen zum Tagungsablauf, Zusammenfassung mit Download-Links nach der Tagung,...) - Organisatorische Bedarfe (z.B. Abstimmung mit Ausrichter & Veranstaltungsort z.B. zur Zuordnung von Zimmerbelegungen) - Im Falle von Exkursionen oder gehosteten Events teilen wir die benötigten Teilnehmerinformationen mit dem Host und Dienstleistern nur zu Zwecken wie Druck der Namensschilder, Registrierung und Sicherheitsvorschriften der Lokation sowie bei Exkursionen. - Teilnehmerliste als Nachweis an die GOR e.V., wer mit welcher Form der GOR-Mitgliedschaft zur Tagung angemeldet war - Teilnehmer - Insbesondere ist dies keine Anmeldung zum existierenden Newsletter dieser GOR AG
Die Daten sind den Leitern dieser GOR-AG zugänglich und werden zu Dokumentationszwecken an die GOR e.V. Geschäftsleitung in Form einer Teilnehmerliste weitergereicht. Sie können jederzeit Auskunft zu den Daten erbeten und auch deren Löschung erwirken, insofern Sie sich von der Veranstaltung vorab abmelden. Nutzen Sie dazu den Link (Anmeldung bearbeiten) aus der Anmeldungs-E-Mail oder schreiben Sie einen AG-Leiter an.
All data is stored for purposes in connection with the GOR AG "Real World Optimization", among them are: - mails to inform upfront, e.g., about agenda, dates and times, organizational questions, distribution of a link to the slides after the event,...) - organizational matters, e.g., bookings and reservation of rooms, meals,... - in case of an excursion or a hosted event, we share the necessary information with the host and its affiliates for purposes related to printing the name badge, on-site security, registration at event location or excursion. - a list of participants will be send to GOR e.V. including GOR membership status - in particular, this registration will not automatically result in being listed to the newsletter of this GOR AG. The data can be accessed by the leaders of this GOR AG and it will be forwarded in form of a participants list to GOR e.V. You can see and request to delete the data that is stored via the link provided during registration, or contact one of the presidents of this GOR AG.
